I had to have my clutch replaced at 119K so had my transmission and transfer case drained and refilled while they were out. Unless it has been serviced before, it is time to have the fluid replaced anyway. If you have a leak from the transmission, you can have it drained, the seals replaced and refilled. You would probably be better advised to find a reputable transmission shop in your area and see what they say if there is an issue with yours. The AX-15 is still in production for other uses and individual parts are available.

1995 JEEP YJ DANA 35 SPARTAN LOCKER MANUAL
The 1998 TJ manual with the 4.0 should be the AX-15. I just wanted to show her some TLC since it had been seven years. The jeep ran perfect, probably the best and most reliable vehicle I own at of my four. I had the water pump replaced, radiator hoses, serpentine belt, thermostat, ALL the fluids/greases/oils, all the ball joints, tie rod ends, installed quick disconnects, tune-up, wires, spark plugs, tires, all the brakes, sway bar shock. My jeep is used in the woods to hunt and it's primarily back roads. I had to drive it from my mechanics in Meas, AZ to Payson, AZ. I drove it at highway speeds of 70 mph, and climbed through the mountains. After the maintenance I used all weekend with no issues of signs of leaks. What are your thoughts, a new radiator? The weird thing is last week I had some preventative maintenance completed on my jeep, since it mostly sits and gets less than a 100 miles a year. The overflow reservoir level is at the low mark. So, basically a moist-looking rectangle the same length and width as the top of the radiator. Also, the inside of the hood was wet the same length as the radiator top. I found it dripping from the bottom of the fan shroud and when I lifted the hood there was coolant along the top of the radiator in the seams. When I was walking backing inside after turning it off I noticed a liquid under it, which was coolant. I backed it up and let it idle for about 20 minutes. This evening I started up my Jeep, the weather is around 50 degrees. It's been a while but I need your expert advice again.
